Successful Completion of the Common Information System for Vetting and Issuing of Security Clearances in Bosnia and Herzegovina
SARAJEVO, 12 November 2021 — QSS, leading Software development, System integration, and cloud provider in BiH announces successful completion of the Common Information System for Vetting and Issuing of Security Clearances in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which will enable secure and efficient intra-agency information exchange for issuing security clearance certificates in accordance with EU standards.
QSS delivered and configured hardware and integrated software development to establish a unique security vetting and security clearance management system (SCM).
The System will be established by four institutions, the Ministry of Security of BiH, the Ministry of Defence of BiH, the Intelligence and Security Agency, and the State Investigation and Protection Agency.
The Ministry of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as the National Security Authority, envisages the standard information system within the Central Registry for Security Clearance Certificates (SCC).
