2025 was a year of focused execution and measurable progress at QSS. Across products, certifications, and international engagements, our activities were centered on digital transformation, security, sustainability, and scalable platforms.

PLEQSA: Launch and International Expansion

One of the defining milestones of 2025 for QSS was the launch of pleqsa, a next-generation platform for electronic invoicing, reporting, and business document exchange.

Designed to support secure, transparent, and compliant digital transactions, pleqsa connects the entire invoice-to-cash lifecycle into a single, end-to-end flow — from invoice issuance to final payment. Built on leading standards such as EN 16931, PEPPOL BIS, and PEPPOL INT, the platform enables cross-border compliance and seamless integration with ERP and other business systems.

As a key step in its growth journey, pleqsa established its headquarters in Vienna, evolving from a QSS-developed product into an independent company ready to scale across EU and global markets. This milestone reflects increasing market interest, a clear product vision, and readiness to support larger regional and international initiatives.

ProcessNx & eSigning Workshop

At the beginning of 2025, QSS hosted its first workshop of the year focused on business process digitalization and the practical application of digital signing.

The ProcessNx & eSigning Workshop showcased real-life use cases and live demonstrations, highlighting how organizations can modernize business processes, reduce manual work, and improve operational efficiency — while ensuring data security and full legal compliance.

The workshop reinforced the role of ProcessNx as a foundation for no-code / low-code process automation, and eSigning as a secure, browser-based solution for legally binding digital document signing.

QSS Achieves ISO 50001 Certification

In March 2025, QSS achieved ISO 50001 certification, the international standard for Energy Management Systems, marking a concrete step in the company’s long-term commitment to sustainability and carbon neutrality.

The certification confirms a structured and measurable approach to energy performance improvement across QSS operations and the solutions delivered to clients. It complements QSS’s existing portfolio of international standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 22301, and ISO/IEC 27001, as well as EU/NATO-aligned security clearance.

By aligning with ISO 50001, QSS further strengthens its focus on energy efficiency, responsible resource management, and the integration of sustainability principles into digital platforms such as QSS Cloud, EnergyNx, ProcessNx Energy, and AI-driven energy optimization solutions.

QSS Renews Highest-Level Industrial Security Clearance

This year QSS officially renewed its industrial security clearance at the highest classification level (“SECRET”) in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Issued by the Ministry of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the clearance confirms that QSS continues to meet all legal and security requirements for accessing, processing, and protecting classified information, in full alignment with national laws and security standards.

The renewal reinforces QSS’s long-standing commitment to security, responsibility, and professional integrity, and further strengthens its position as a trusted partner for projects operating in highly regulated and security-sensitive environments.

International Presence: GITEX Europe & B2B Software Days 2025

QSS strengthened its international presence by participating in two major European technology events this year — GITEX Europe in Berlin and the International B2B Software Days in Vienna.

At GITEX Europe, QSS presented its end-to-end platform portfolio, including DocumentNx / pleqsa, ProcessNx, EnergyNx, and Data Center Declarative Automation and Digital Twin solutions, demonstrating how organizations can unify business processes, regulatory compliance, energy efficiency, and infrastructure automation within a single, scalable ecosystem. In parallel, QSS took part in the 8th International B2B Software Days — The Future of Digital Business, engaging in virtual B2B meetings with partners and decision-makers from across Europe. The event provided a platform to present QSS solutions, exchange insights, and explore new collaboration opportunities in the context of digital transformation and enterprise software.

Together, these events reinforced QSS’s focus on international collaboration, cross-border scalability, and positioning its platforms within the European digital business landscape.

Industry Events, ESG Dialogue and Community Engagement

Throughout 2025, QSS actively participated in key regional events focused on digital transformation, sustainability and innovation, reinforcing its commitment to responsible and future-oriented business practices.

We took part in the Sustainability as a Key to Success conference, where ESG strategies were discussed not only as regulatory requirements, but as key drivers of innovation and long-term competitiveness. The conference highlighted the importance of measurable impact, transparent communication, and alignment with global sustainability standards.

QSS also took part in the DIH Forum 2025, engaging in conversations on innovation, energy efficiency and digital transformation, while sharing perspectives on upcoming global solutions designed to support businesses on their digital journeys.

In addition, we were proud to be part of NetWork Conference, one of the leading IT and business conferences in Bosnia and Herzegovina, bringing together industry leaders, experts and the broader IT community to exchange knowledge and shape the future of the sector.
